GetYourGuide is scaling its sales teams globally, hiring new reps across APAC, EMEA and the Americas. Before Jam, candidates were assessed via manual role-plays and case studies – valuable, but time-consuming, and scheduling several interviews across time zones added delays. That bottleneck made scaling recruiting harder. GetYourGuide needed a more objective, scalable way of assessing candidates' skills.

AI simulations as skill assessments.

Jam built AI simulations mirroring GetYourGuide's real cold-call scenarios, with realistic customer personas complete with pain points, needs, and objections. Candidates complete the voice-to-voice simulation during the hiring process. Jam delivers an overall score from 0 to 100, detailed feedback per conversation step – pitching, objection handling, closing – plus the audio recording and transcript of the session. Graders can review how a candidate performed and improved across multiple attempts: coachability, made visible.
